1. Connect the device to receive call records to the system serial port
1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button.
2. Dial ‘0 1 1 7’ at Attendant station.
3. The lost call count of record is printed in the PC connected in the system.
To clear the Lost Call count from the System Attendant,
1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button.
2. Dial ‘0 1 1 8’, “The lost call count is cleared” is printed and the count reset.
Consideration
Detailed Lost Call records are not stored, only summary statistics are stored for use with
Traffic Analysis.
Intercom calls are not monitored for the Lost Call report.
