12.2 Lost Call Print-out
Description
ipLDK can provide information for calls that are terminated by the caller before answered or
while on hold. The system will output records for these ‘Lost calls’ in real-time and will
maintain a lost call summary count for on-demand reporting. Records indicate the CO line,
called station, duration of ring, time and date as well as the type of call. The format of the
individual call record is illustrated below with an explanation of the record.

Normal incoming call is received at an assigned station for CO 031, rings for 5 seconds and
disconnects.

The Dialed number field is preceded by a character indicating the type of call as follows:
G - Incoming call to Station Hunt group (refer to Ref. A),
H – Caller disconnected during transfer or while on Hold
R – DID or forwarded call disconnected before answer.

To print the Lost Call count from the System Attendant,
