Mobile Phone Remote Menu 

Description 

In many circumstances, the mobile must be able to control call routing, activating and 
deactivating incoming calls including hunt group calls.  The Mobile Phone Remote Menu 
permits the user to access the system to activate and deactivate Mobile Phone Support as well 
as forward calls to the user VMIB Voice Mail. 
 

Operation 

To access the Mobile Phone Remote menu from the Mobile phone, 

1.  Call DID number of the associated station; the system provides internal dial tone. 
2.  Dial the Remote Menu code, ‘# 1’. 
3.  Dial the desired Control code as below. 

    1: Activate Mobile extension 

    2: Deactivate Mobile extension 

    3: Fwd to VMIB 

    4: cancel Fwd to VMIB 

    5: Activate UCD DND (Agent log out) 

    6: Deactivate UCD DND (Agent log in) 

4. Hang-up 

 

Consideration 

  The mobile phone must be registered prior to attempting to call the system.
