One-Time DND
Description
One-Time DND allows a DKT user to activate DND during a call for the duration of the call.
One-Time DND can be activated at any time while during a call, even while receiving a second
call. In this case, the phone will stop muted ringing and the call receives DND treatment.
Intercom callers receive DND tone and outside callers route to the Attendant, or all calls
forward to the user’s Voice Mailbox.
When the station returns to idle, One-Time DND is terminated.
Operation
To activate One-time DND from a DKTU,
1. While on an active Intercom call or connected to a CO line, press the [DND/FOR]
button.
2. The station enters DND and muted ring for any second call is terminated.
3. The station must be allowed DND to activate One-Time DND.
