13.7 Attendant Recall
Description
If a CO call (transferred or held) is unanswered by the destination station in the I-Hold Recall
time, the Attendant will receive the recall signal (refer to Ref. A and B). The Attendant
receives the recall for the Attendant Recall Timer. If the station or Attendant does not answer
the CO call after the Attendant Recall time, the CO call is disconnected.
Consideration
If an Attendant is not assigned for an Intercom Tenancy Group, CO Lines will recall to a
Main Attendant.
When a call on Exclusive Hold recalls the Attendant, the call is placed on System Hold
(refer to Ref. A).
Private CO Line calls do not be recall to attendant (refer to Ref. D).
