System Speed Zone 

Description 

System Speed Dial bins can be divided into zones (groups) and stations allowed or denied 
access to the Speed Dial numbers in a zone.    Up to 10 Speed zones can be defined.    Toll 
checks based on COS can be applied to zones (refer to Ref. A).    Speed Dial bins not allocated 
to a zone can be accessed by all stations and no toll checks are applied.
