Automatic Hold
Description
While on a call, a station can activate features that will place the active call on Hold. Features
such as Transfer, Call Park and calling another station will activate Automatic Hold. In
addition, the system can be configured to place a CO line on Hold if another CO Line is
accessed by the user.
Consideration
Automatic Hold activates the preferred Hold.

Assigns Automatic Hold when a second CO Line is accessed

Sets the time the Attendant and holding station ring before the call is dropped
Exclusive Hold Recall Timer (PGM 180, Flexible button 4)
Sets the time a call will remain on Exclusive Hold
I-Hold Recall Timer (PGM 180, Flexible button 5)
Sets the time the holding station will ring before the Attendant also receives recall
System Hold Recall Timer (PGM 180, Flexible button 6)
Sets the time a call will remain on System Hold before recalling the holding station
Transfer Recall Timer (PGM 180, Flexible button 7)
Sets the time a call will remain on Transfer Hold before recalling the station
Call Park Recall Timer (PGM 180, Flexible button 2)
Sets the time a call will remain on Park Hold before recalling the station
