Issue 2.2
Feature Description and Operation Manual
213
The Call Deflection Supplementary Service is defined by the ETS300-201/205 standards
and must be supported by the ISDN.
ISDN lines that support Call Reroute must be enabled for ISDN Call Reroute in the ipLDK
database.
The ISDN may limit the number of Forwards for a call, if the call has been deflected
before being offered to the ipLDK, the ISDN may reject the Forward request. Generally,
the ISDN will permit up to five deflections for a call.
The ISDN no-response timer is not controlled by the ipLDK. Other timers such as the
Preset Forward and VMIB Forward timers may interfere with the ISDN CFNR. It may be
necessary to modify or disable these features for operation of ISDN CNFR.
