Call Transfer
Description
A user can answer and then send a call to another destination. A Transfer may be screened,
the call is announced to the receiving party, or unscreened, the call is transferred without an
announcement. A call can be transferred to another station, Station Group, or CO line call.
If the receiving destination does not answer the call in the Transfer Recall time, the transferring
station and the transferred station will receive recall. If the call remains unanswered, the
attendant will also receive a recall for the Attendant Recall time. After that, the transferred call
will be disconnected.

Admin Programming
Transfer Recall Timer (PGM 180, Flexible button 7)
Sets the time a call will remain on Transfer Hold before recalling the transferring station
I-Hold Recall Timer (PGM 180, Flexible button 5)
Sets the time the holding station will ring before the Attendant also receives recall
Attendant Recall Timer (PGM 180, Flexible button 1)
Sets the time the Attendant and holding station ring before the call is dropped

Call Transfer, CO line
Description
A Station user may transfer an active call to a CO line call.
Operation
Unscreened CO line call transfer while on an active call DKT,
1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button, the active call is placed in Transfer Hold and
intercom dial tone is received.
2. Place a call to the external number to receive the transfer.
3. Replace the handset and go on-hook to complete the transfer.
Screened CO line call transfer DKT,
1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button, the active call is placed in Transfer Hold and
intercom dial tone is received.
2. Place a call to the external number to receive the transfer.
3. When the called party answers, announce the call transfer.
4. Replace the handset and go on-hook to complete the transfer.
