Send A Message
Description
A user may record and send a message to another user’s mailbox or to a distribution list of
mailboxes. The message can be marked as normal or private and for normal or urgent
delivery.
Operation
1. Press the [Call Back] button or dial ‘5 5 7’.
2. If requested, enter the Station Authorization code.
3. The user hears the Main Menu
“To Listen to your Message, press one
To record your greeting, press two
To send a message, press three
For personal options, press four
To access administrative options, press nine
To access another mailbox, press pound.”

5. Follow the voice prompt instructions to record and send the message.
Consideration
The message may be sent to an individual mailbox or a distribution list of mailboxes.
Before selection, a distribution list must be created under the Personal Options of the
Voice Mailbox.
The user may search the Company Directory to select a mailbox to receive the message.
