Consideration
If the extension is busy, forwarded, or in the DND state, calls will not route to the mobile
extension.
When the mobile is busy on an ipLDK call, station calls to the associated station will
receive busy. In this case, a Message Wait can be left to the station, however Call
Waiting is not available.
When making an external call from a mobile extension through the ipLDK system, the
system sends the CLI associated with the station and the mobile extension cannot use
the transfer feature
If the call is not answered in the DID/DISA No-answer time, the ipLDK will reroute the call
based on the DID/DISA No Answer Destination or the call may be rerouted by the GSM
network depending on which timer is shorter.
This feature applies only to ISDN DID and IP CO lines, and station-to-station calls
including transfers.
Mobile extensions cannot activate or receive Station Message Wait/Callback features.
While on an active ipLDK call, the mobile extension is only permitted to transfer the call to
another station. If the mobile user attempts to seize a CO line or call a hunt group, error
tone will be provided.
If the “Transfer recall” timer expires, the call is routed to the extension associated with
mobile extension.
Outgoing calls from a mobile extension are restricted by the COS of the associated
station.
When receiving a call from ipLDK, the mobile will receive either the original CLI or the CLI
of the user’s station based on configuration of the ISDN line CLI Transit parameter
(ORI/CFW).
