13.4  Attendant Intrusion 

Description 

When an Attendant calls a busy Station, the attendant can intrude upon the conversation and 
can hear, and will be heard by both parties in the conversation.    A tone is available to notify 
the parties of the intrusion. 
 

Operation 

To intrude on call from the Attendant while receiving busy on an intercom call, 

1.  Press Attendant Intrusion Flexible button. 
2.  After intrusion tone, conversation is possible with the station and connected party. 

 
To assign an Attendant Intrusion Flexible button, 

1. Press 

[TRANS/PGM]. 

2.  Press the Flexible button to be assigned 
3.  Press the [TRANS/PGM]

4.  Dial ‘8 6’ 
5.  Press the [HOLD/SAVE]

 

button. 

 

Consideration 

  The Attendant must have an Attendant Intrusion Flexible button assigned to activate 

intrusion. 

  Auto Privacy must be disabled and the Attendant must have Override privilege for proper 

operation.
