Removal

COVER REMOVAL

•

Drain off the cooling circuit completely.

•

Undo and remove the five screws.

•

Remove the water pump cover.

PUMP ROTOR REMOVAL

•

Remove the clutch-side cover.

•

Lock the pump shaft with a universal wrench on the hexagonal insert on the shaft.
