Fit a new gasket between the cylinder

and the head.

•

Couple the cylinder and the head.

•

Screw without tightening the two

screws on the outlet side.

•

Screw without tightening the screw on

the intake side.

•

Tighten the cylinder-head fixing

screws to the prescribed torque.

•

Place the cylinder-head unit on the

crankcase stud bolts.

Installing the head cover

CAUTION

BEFORE REFITTING HEAD COVERS, CLEAN HEAD AND COVER SURFACES CAREFULLY.

•

Apply THREEBOND on the head cover

perimeter along the gasket housing.
