Chapter 46: LPC43xx/LPC43Sxx I2C-bus interface
46.11.8.8 State: 0x98
Previously addressed with General Call. Data has been received, NOT ACK has been
returned. Received data will not be saved. Not addressed Slave mode is entered.
1. Write 0x04 to CONSET to set the AA bit.
2. Write 0x08 to CONCLR to clear the SI flag.
3. Exit
46.11.8.9 State: 0xA0
A STOP condition or Repeated START has been received, while still addressed as a
Slave. Data will not be saved. Not addressed Slave mode is entered.
1. Write 0x04 to CONSET to set the AA bit.
2. Write 0x08 to CONCLR to clear the SI flag.
3. Exit
46.11.9 Slave Transmitter states
46.11.9.1 State: 0xA8
Own Slave A Read has been received, ACK has been returned. Data will be
transmitted, ACK bit will be received.
1. Load DAT from Slave Transmit buffer with first data byte.
2. Write 0x04 to CONSET to set the AA bit.
3. Write 0x08 to CONCLR to clear the SI flag.
4. Set up Slave Transmit mode data buffer.
5. Increment Slave Transmit buffer pointer.
6. Exit
46.11.9.2 State: 0xB0
Arbitration lost in Slave Address and R/W bit as bus Master. Own Slave A Read
has been received, ACK has been returned. Data will be transmitted, ACK bit will be
received. STA is set to restart Master mode after the bus is free again.
1. Load DAT from Slave Transmit buffer with first data byte.
2. Write 0x24 to CONSET to set the STA and AA bits.
3. Write 0x08 to CONCLR to clear the SI flag.
4. Set up Slave Transmit mode data buffer.
5. Increment Slave Transmit buffer pointer.
6. Exit
46.11.9.3 State: 0xB8
Data has been transmitted, ACK has been received. Data will be transmitted, ACK bit will
be received.
1. Load DAT from Slave Transmit buffer with data byte.
