(Note-2): When using absolute position system (ABS), "3: Servo command value" or "4: Feedback value" in servo input axis type cannot
be used. If it is set, the current value of the servo input axis might be not restored correctly. Therefore, set "1: Current feed
value" or "2: Real current value" before using.
