2. Is the ink level remained sufficient? Replace ink cartridge with new one. Operation Manual
3. Perform cleaning three times consecutively. Print out drawing again.
4. Perform test printing. If nozzle check patterns are plotted correctly,
refer to step (6)
5. Have you started plotout immediately after initial
charge?
Be sure to wait 6 hours or more after initial ink
charge. Plotout before ink charge stabilization
will not provide adequate printing quality.
6. Check if CR encoder Assy and T fence contact with
each other.
• If they contact with each other, adjust CR
encoder Assy and T fence positions.
• If problem remains even after position
adjustment, replace CR board Assy and
T fence.

7. Check the wiper condition. • Wipe the wiper surface with accessory
cleaning wiper cleaning cloth dampened
with small amount of cleaning liquid.
After wiping the wiper, perform cleaning
twice consecutively.
• If the wiper is sticky with ink, replace it
with a new one.
