4.9 Head Height Adjustment
This section describes the procedure to check the carriage height (distance from platen).

Adjustment Procedure
1. Remove Cariage Cover.

2. Release Carriage Lock.

3. Set the PG height adjusting jigs on the Platen.
CAUTION
Place the head height check jig on the printer head away from the print head nozzle.
Interference may cause damage on print head.
4. Move the carriage from the carriage origin while the lever is set to the “LOW” mode.
5. Confirm print head go through 1.1 mm step by head hight adjustment jig but not go through 1.3
mm step.
6. Shift Carriage from the opposite side of Origin and check its height in the same way as in the step
