Replacing Procedure For Maintenance Part:CR Return Pulley, CR Belt RJ13 Assy.
This part will be referred to as the CR Return Pulley, CR Belt in this manual.
1. Remove I/H Cover.

5. Move the Carriage to the opposite side of origin.

Loosen the screw (1 piece) for adjusting CR belt tension on the origin, and loosen
CR belt tension.
7.
Remove CR belt from CR motor Assy pulley.
8.
Remove CR return pulley from CR return pulley base.
i) Shift CR return pulley toward the direction of A shown below.
ii) Shift CR return pulley toward the direction of B shown below.
