3.5 Replacement of PF Driving Section Components

VJ1324E-M-02

Remove plate.

Remove the cable of Pre Heater from Pre Heater relay Assy.

Remove the Pre Heater relay Assy from the clamps on the path.

Remove the connector of Pre Heater relay Assy from HEATER RELAY Board Assy.(origin side
J7

：

the opposite side of origin:J8).

Replace Pre Heater relay Assy.

To reassemble the unit, reverse the removal procedure.

NOTE

• When reassembling the plate , make sure not to nip cables.Doing so may cause

disconnecting.

• Please note that Maintenace parts are different on the origin side and the opposite side

origin.
If connecting the cables incorrectly, the printer might not fuction improperly.
