1.9 Guidance Function
1.9.1 Operation/Parameter Guidance
The parameter/operation guidance function displays the details of the parameters or the operation methods according to
the state of the screen currently being displayed.
(Note)
Depending on the specifications of the machine tool builder, it might not be displayed.
The operation/parameter/alarm guidance window is displayed with the following type of configuration.
Insert memory card with guidance data before conducting display guidance.
If the [?] key is pressed on any screen, the guidance window will open. If a pop-up window other than the guidance
window is open, the guidance window will open over the currently opened pop-up window. In this case, the menu state
does not change. If [?] key or [CANCEL] key is pressed again when the guidance window is open, the guidance window
will close and the screen will return to the previous state in which the [?] key was pressed.
