4.4.15 Leading Zero
When "#8936 Delete leading 0" is set to "1", if a file name consisting only of numerical figures is input, the file is created
with "0"at the head of the file name deleted.
However, if the file name is out of the range between 1 and 99999999, the leading "0" is not deleted. This also applies to
MTB macros.
In the case of fixed cycles, regardless of the setting of "#8936 Delete leading 0", a file name to create must be 9 digits,
and it must not start from "0". Attempting to create a name not following the conditions above will cause an error.
When "#8936 Delete leading 0" is set to "1", if a file name consisting only of numerical figures is input, the leading "0" is
deleted when checking whether the file exists or not, and when checking edit lock B/edit lock C.
(Example) For a directory that has a file "1", if a file name "0001" is attempted to be input as a new file, an error will
occur.
