Rethread lead axis
Specify the name of lead axis to use for thread recutting.
If a non-existent axis name is specified, the 1st axis of the part system serves as a lead axis for
thread recutting.
If the parameter #8714 (Rethread lead axis) is not set, Z is set as the parameter value at power ON.
