Revisione perno forcellone oscillante
Verificare l'entità della distorsione del perno forcellone con un comparatore.
Posizionare il perno su due riscontri uguali. Ruotando il perno e muovendo
lo strumento in senso orizzontale, leggere il valore della distorsione.
Limite di servizio: 0,30 mm.
Overhauling the rear swing arm axle
Using a comparator, check the swing arm axle for distortion.
Position the axle on two identical contacts. Rotating the axle and moving it
horizontally and take the distortion reading with the instrument.
Distortion limit: 0,30 mm/ 0.012 in.
Révision du pivot de la fourche arrière
Contrôler la valeur de la distorsion du pivot de la fourche arrière en utilisant un
comparateur. Placer le pivot sur deux supports identiques. Faire tourner le pivot
et déplacer horizontalement en lisant la valeur de la distorsion.
Limite de service: 0,30 mm.
Überholung des Schwingenbolzens
Die Verformung des Schwingenbolzens mit Hilfe einer Messuhr
überprüfen. Den Zapfen auf zwei identischen Aufnahmen positionieren.
Beim Drehen und horizontalen Verstellen des Bolzens wird auf der Messuhr
die Verformung angezeigt.
Zulässiger Grenzwert: 0,30 mm.
Revisión perno horquilla basculante
Vericar la entidad de la distorsióndel perno horquilla mediante un
comparador. Situar el perno sobre los dos alojamientos iguales. Girando el
perno y moviendo la pieza en sentido horizontal, leer el valor de la
distorsion.
Límite de servicio: 0,30 mm.
