Rimontaggio pignone, sensore folle e leva cambio
Rimontare il pignone uscita cambio (1) utilizzando un nuovo anello elastico.
Fare attenzione al senso di rimontaggio del pignone (1): la parte
bombata deve essere rivolta verso l'interno.
Rimontare il sensore del folle (2) mediante le relative viti di fissaggio (6 Nm-
0,6 Kgm-4.3 ft/lb).
Rimontare la leva del cambio (3), in accordo con il contrassegno
precedentemente effettuato, mediante la relativa vite di fissaggio (9 Nm-0,9
Kgm-6.5 ft/lb).
Ultimato il rimontaggio del motore, registrare il gioco delle valvole e montare
la candela.
Reassembly of rear pinion, neutral sensor and gear shift pedal
Install the rear pinion (1) with a new retaining ring.
Pay attention to rear pinion (1) reassembling sense: the crowning
side has to be turned toward the inside.
Install the neutral sensor (2) with its fastening screws (6 Nm-0,6 Kgm-4.3 ft/lb).
Install the gear shift pedal (3) with its fastening screw (9 Nm-0,9 Kgm-6.5 ft/lb) in
accordance with the mark previously done.
After the engine assembly, check the valve play and install the spark plug.
Remontage pignon arrière, capteur point mort et levier changement de vitesse
Remonter le pignon arrière (1) en utilisant un anneau ressort neuf.
Faire attention au sens de remontage du
pignon arrière

: la
partie bombé doit être tourné vers l’intérieur.
Remonter le capteur point mort (2) avec les vis de fixage (6 Nm-0,6 Kgm-4.3 ft/
lb).
Remonter le levier changement de vitesse (3) avec la vis de fixage (9 Nm-0,9
Kgm-6.5 ft/lb) et selon la marque précédentement effectuée.
Une fois le moteur assemblé, régler le jeu des soupapes et monter la bougie
d'allumage.
