Rimontaggio volano
Montare la catena di distribuzione (1) sull'albero motore;
- sgrassare con solvente il cono dell'albero motore e la relativa superficie
d'accoppiamento sul volano;
- montare sul volano (2), nell'ordine: la spinetta (3), la ruota libera (4) e l'anello
esterno (5);
- montare dall'interno del volano le sei viti (6) e serrarle (20 Nm-2 Kgm-14.5 ft/
lb + LOCTITE 601);
- inserire sull'albero motore la rosetta di rasamento (B), l'ingranaggio flottante
(7) con relativa gabbia a rulli (C) e montare il volano completo facendolo
corrispondere alla chiavetta (D) presente sull'albero motore;
- serrare il dado (8) con chiave da 24 mm (130 Nm-13,2 Kgm-95.5ft/lb)
sull'albero motore utilizzando l'attrezzo codice 8000 39522.
Reassembly of flywheel
Install the timing system chain (1) on the crankshaft;
- degrease with solvent the crankcase cone and the corresponding fitting
surface on the flywheel;
- install on the flywheel (2), the following parts in this order: pin (3), freewheel
(4) and outer ring (5);
- from the inside of the flywheel install and tighten the six fastening screws (6)
(20 Nm-2 Kgm-14.5 ft/lb + LOCTITE 601);
- install on the crankshaft the thrust washer (B), the floating gear (7) with its
roller cage (C) then assemble it (install the flywheel assy. by aligning it to the
key on the crankshaft);
- tighten the nut (8) using a 24 mm wrench (130 Nm-13,2 Kgm-95.5ft/lb) and
the service tool code 8000 39522.
Remontage du volant
Monter la chaine de distribution (1) sur l'arbre moteur;
- dégraisser avec solvant le cône de l’arbre moteur et la surface relative
d’accouplement sur le volant;
- monter sur le volant (2), en suivant l'ordre donné, la goupille (3), la roue libre
(4) et l'anneau de retenue (5);
- monter à l'interieur du volant les six vis (6) (20 Nm-2 Kgm-14.5 ft/lb +
LOCTITE 601);
- enclencher sur l'arbre moteur la rondelle d'epaulement (B), l'engrenage
flottant (7) avec la cage à aiguilles (C) et monter ainsi le volant en le faisant
correspondre à la clavette (D) qui se trouve sur l'arbre moteur;
- serrer l'ecrou (8) avec une clé de 24 mm (130 Nm-13,2 Kgm-95.5ft/lb) sur
l'arbre moteur en employant l'outil code 8000 39522.
