A few tips on installing:
Identify which guide is the left side and which is the right. Refer to photo below.
Slide the left nut to the far-left side and right nut to the far-right side.
Turn off the Force so that the head can be moved to the middle of the cutter.
Insert the mat into the desired position and drop the pinch wheels so that you can make sure the wheels
are on the outside edges of the mat. Make sure the mat is aligned straight in the Force.
The mat guides have nubs which will be pushed down, into the groove, once you have everything
positioned. Hold the right mat guide above the groove and then slide the nut over until the hole in the
nut is visible through the hole in the mat guide. Then push the mat guide straight down. Screw in the
right-side screw.
Repeat on the left side. Make sure the mat is snugly fitting between the two mat guides before screwing
in the left side screw.

Some users find that only using the right mat guide works best for them. I happen to be one of those users
and discovered that both PNC applications and score and cut applications were more accurate when only
using the right one.
