CAUSE
The DNS servers or the network may be down.

ACTION
Check the DNS server(s).
SECONDARY
CAUSE
There is an daemon called monitorDNS.sh checking DNS server every minute or so. It will issue an
alarm if it cannot contact the DNS server or the response is slow. But it will clear the alarm if it can
contact the DNS server later.
