0 ALM1_L1 ‘1’ when Alarm 1 is ON; ‘0’ when OFF
1 ALM2_L1 ‘1’ when Alarm 2 is ON; ‘0’ when OFF
2 ALM3_L1 ‘1’ when Alarm 3 is ON; ‘0’ when OFF

0 ALO1_L1
Output status where Alarm output 1 is assighed.
0: When the alarm is turned off (alarm type: energized), or
the alarm is turned on (alarm type: de-energized). (The
relay contact is open.)
1: When the alarm is turned on (alarm type: energized), or
the alarm is turned off (alarm type: de-energized). (The
relay contact is closed.)
1 ALO2_L1
Output status where Alarm output 2 is assighed.
For bit information, same as bit 0.
2 ALO3_L1
Output status where Alarm output 3 is assighed.
For bit information, same as bit 0.
