Ending a Call/putting a Call on Hold by Closing the mova (continued)

Set

Recording the message to be played during hold

Maximum number of message that can be saved: 1

•

Maximum recording time: about 20 seconds

•

You cannot record a message immediately after the end of a call. Wait for about 5 seconds before you
start recording.

In standby, select “setting”

“call

menu.

Select “2.REC hold message” and press

(select).

Select “1.record” and press

(select).

•

If a hold message is already recorded, a prompt appears asking whether to overwrite it. To
overwrite it, select “YES” and press

(select). To cancel the recording, select “NO”.

Record a hold message.

Press (record).

Speak into the microphone.

Press (stop).

The hold message is saved.

•

If about 20 seconds elapsed during recording, recording automatically ends.

In standby, select “setting”

Checking the hold message

Select “2.play” and press

(select).

Press (play).

The hold message is played back.

To stop playback, press

(stop).

If you press
