When you make a call or send short mail, this service allows you to display your phone
number on the display of the other party’s phone.
•
When you use the i-shot service, set to “yes”.
If you set “no”, a prompt appears asking you whether to send Caller ID when you send i-shot
data.

Your phone number is very private information. Consider carefully before you change the Caller ID
Notification setting.
•
Your Caller ID can be displayed only on other devices such as mobile phones that can display a Caller IDs.
•
When you make a call, if you hear an announcement requesting your caller ID, set the Caller ID Notification
setting to “yes” or add a “186” in front of the phone number of the other party and try calling again.
•
Regardless of the Caller ID Notification setting, you can select whether or not to allow your phone number
to appear on the receiver’s display each time you make a call (see p.53).

2 Enter your 4-digit terminal ID number.

The default terminal ID number is “0000”.
•
Entered numbers are masked with a series of “_” characters.
•
If you make a mistake, use to delete the “_” character and reenter the correct number.
•
If the entered terminal ID number is not correct, the message “wrong security code is entered”
appears, followed by the Standby screen.
•
If no terminal ID number is entered in about 15 seconds, the Standby screen appears automatically.
Repeat the operations from the beginning.

Select “1.yes” and press (select).
The phone is set to send your Caller ID.

To cancel the setting, select “2. no”.
You can display your own phone number.

The mail address is not displayed at the time of purchase.
•
Your name and mail address and other information are displayed if they are
saved (see p.510).

Confirm the contents and press (OK).

If you subscribe to i-mode, you can select “[4] Options” “[1] Mail Settings” “Confirm Mail Address”
from the iMenu to check your mova’s mail address (see p.362).
