Saving Diary Events, Schedule Activities and Anniversaries (continued)
The mail content can be displayed from the Private diary.

Select a log item of sent/unsent or received mail and press (select).
The mail content is displayed.
•
Displayed sent/unsent mail can be edited, resent, or made as
an outgoing call, etc. This is performed in the same way as
when displaying mail in the Outmail box (see p.327, 357).
•
Displayed received mail can be replied to, forwarded, sent as
a Chat mail item, or made an outgoing call, etc. This is
performed in the same way as when displaying mail in the
Inmail box (see p.339, 340, 390, 357).
When sent/unsent mail and received mail are saved
Call history items

This operation can also be performed from the daily diary screen.
•
When the group has been specified in Group setting, the specified groups are displayed
(excluding the group 00).
For each Phonebook group, you can set whether to save Redial data, Call history,
sent/unsent mail, and received mail automatically in the daily diary screen of the
Private diary.
•
This setting affects subsequent phone calls, sent/unsent mail and received mail. The previous
phone log and mail log are not automatically saved. They are not released even if the setting is
later released.
•
Sent/unsent mail and received mail are saved in the Outmail box and Inmail box, respectively. When there
are already 200 items in the Outmail box and 2000 items in the Inmail box, new mail items overwrite the
oldest items in the respective boxes. (But unsent mail, unread mail, and protected mail are not deleted.)
Deleted mail items are saved in the Private diary, they are also deleted from the diary.
•
Mail items can also be saved in the Private diary from the Outmail box or Inmail box (see p.356).
•
Mail items dated before the year 2001 and after 2100 can not be saved.

Mark the group you want to save automatically with .
Select or next to items you want to change and press (select). and are
switched.
•
When is marked for “no phonebook”, the phone log and mail log which are not saved in the
Phonebook will be saved automatically. Call history items of parties without a Caller ID are also
saved.

Press (store).
The setting item is saved.
•
When Phonebook Access Lock is set or the other party is saved in Secret memory, Redial data items and
Call history items are not saved automatically even when the Auto Link to Diary setting is on.
