You can delete contents saved in the Phonebook entry.
•
Entries cannot be deleted in the following cases. Cancel the setting before deleting.
・ When Phonebook Access Lock is set
・ When Phonebook Store Lock is set
・ When Phonebook Delete Lock is set
・ When Keydial Lock is set
・ Phone numbers for which Accept Calls/Reject Calls is specified.
1 Select a phone number from the Phonebook search results, and select “delete
one” from the submenu.

You can also delete the data by pressing and holding .
■ To delete more than 1 selected phone number

In the Phonebook search result screen, select “DEL selected” from the submenu.

Select a phone number and press (select).
• You can select more than 1 phone number.
• The tab cannot be moved with the group search.
• To cancel your selection, select the phone number you selected and press
(REL).

Press (decide).
Proceed to Step 2.

To delete all searched-for Phonebook entries

In the Phonebook search result screen, select “delete all” from the submenu.
• If you made Secret search, proceed to step 2.

Enter your 4-digit terminal ID number.
Proceed to step 2.

Select “YES” and press (select).
The phone number is deleted.
•
To cancel the operation, select “NO”.
•
If you use “DEL selected”, you can press (cancel) to stop operation before deletion is
completed. However, once the items are deleted, they cannot be restored.
•
When multiple phone numbers are saved in the Phonebook, to delete the 1 Phonebook entry, repeat steps
1 to 2 and delete all of the saved phone number.
•
When “phone no. 1” or “phone no. 2” is deleted in the Phonebook saving multiple phone numbers, the
number of the “phone no.” field is automatically moved up.
•
Even when a Phonebook entry that contains a image is deleted, the corresponding image saved in the
built-in memory remains.
•
When you delete a phone number from the Phonebook, the name and other information are no longer
displayed in the Redial data or Call history.

When only 1 phone number is saved, deleting the phone number
causes all the other saved data to be erased. The same thing can be
said for when only 1 mail address is saved.
•
To delete parties stored in Secret memory, recall the parties using
Secret search.
