Sending/Receiving All Data Items (continued)

Sending all data items
1 Display a data item to be sent.
•
To send a received mail or sent/unsent mail item, display the received or sent/unsent mail list.
(This operation can also be performed from displaying the content of the mail or folder list.)
•
To send a Phonebook entry or Own Number Display, display the Phonebook search results list.
(This operation can also be performed from displaying the contents of the Phonebook entry. You
cannot operate from the Own Number Display screen.)
•
To send a Bookmark, display the Bookmark list.
•
To send a Schedule entry or ToDo list item, display the daily diary screen in the Private diary or
the listed ToDo List.
•
All items in both ToDo List and Schedule are sent regardless of which screen of the Schedule
or ToDo List you use.
•
If there is no Schedule entry, you cannot operate from the Private diary. And, if there is no
ToDo list item, you cannot operate from the ToDo list.
•
To send a Memo Pad entry, display the Memo Pad list or a Memo Pad entry.
■ To operate from the Standby screen

Select “useful function” “send via IR” in standby.

Select the type of data to send, press (select), and select a data item to be sent.
Note:
•
Folders cannot be sent.
•
When data is sent to other movas or infrared communication devices, items that cannot be saved on the
receiver are discarded.
•
When data is received from other movas or infrared communication devices, items that cannot be saved in the
D506i are discarded.
Sending from D506i Receiving with D506i Sent or received data
To Do list
• Data is saved in the ToDo list.
• The maximum number that can be saved:
20 items.
• ToDo list items for which the date and time
are unavailable to be set in the mova
cannot be received.
• The received date is set in the “add” field.
• The date in the “add” field cannot be sent.
• Schedule entries are sent at the same
time.
import album • Receiving all cannot be performed.
• Sending all cannot be performed.
memo pad • Data is saved in Memo Pad.
• The maximum number that can be saved:
10 items.
• All saved Memo Pad entries are sent.
schedule
• Data is saved in the Private diary.
• The maximum number that can be saved:
100 items.
• Schedule entries for which the date and
time are unavailable to be set in the mova
cannot be saved.
• When no Schedule time is set, the time is
set to “00:00”.
• Only the icons are saved.
Other icons become .
• Data is sent after removing the following
from its contents:
· Alarm tone · Alarm volume
· Vibrator
• Only the icons are sent.
Other icons become .
• When no Schedule time is set, the time is
set to “00:00”, and the alarm is set to “off”.
• The ToDo list items are sent at the same
time.

Operate the receiving device to receive the data.
bookmark
• Data is saved in Bookmark.
• If the URL exceeds 256 single-byte
characters, the excess characters are
deleted.
• The maximum number that can be saved:
50 items.
• Folders created at the receiving side are
not deleted. Received Bookmarks are
saved without folders.
• All saved Bookmarks can be sent.
