Canceling the Direct number settings
When the Direct number settings are canceled, there is no Direct number
indication on the display. Also, the ringtone set for Direct numbers does not sound.
(Note that the saved details for Direct numbers are not deleted.)
1 In standby, select “setting” “network service” “set direct no.” from
the menu.
2 Select “2.no” and press (select).
The Direct number settings are canceled.

A subscription to the Number Plus Service is required to save and use Direct numbers.
•
You cannot subscribe to both the Number Plus Service and Access Number Service at the same time.
•
A subscription to the Number Plus Service may change the phone number of your mova.
•
Note that if a Direct number received a call while Drive Mode is set, the ringtone does not sound.
When the phone is connected to a PC or fax using provided fax communication software with the
DoCoMo data communication device, such as. Mobile DP Card 2896P2 or Mobile Data Adapter
96F2, calls are received automatically.
•
Even when Drive Mode is set, reception is possible if the mova and PC, etc. are connected and the
Auto Reception is set. For calls received at additional numbers, the announcement that explain you
are driving is not played.
•
Neither the call is received at your regular phone number nor an additional number is not indicated in
the Call history.
•
When the Caller ID Notification is activated, not an additional number but your regular phone number
is notified to the receiver in case of making phone calls.
•
If you subscribe to the Voice Mail, Call Waiting, or Call Forwarding Service, only the regular phone
number handles each service.
•
When a “user unset” call is received at an additional number, an announcement that request to inform
the Caller ID is not played and the call is received normally even if the Caller ID Display Request
Service is activated.
•
After a call using an additional number ends, the “check service” function of the Voice Mail Service is
unavailable. However, they are available again after making a call using the regular phone number.
•
If you subscribe to the i-mode service and a call is received at an additional number during i-mode
communication or while in i-mode standby, the caller hears a busy signal and the call is not
connected regardless of the Call Reception setting during i-mode.
•
In and around Ogasawara-mura in Tokyo and Kitadaito-mura or Minamidaito-mura in Okinawa,
Fax/Data Communication (excluding Short Mail) are not possible from a mobile phone.
•
Toll-free numbers cannot be used as additional numbers.
