1 Display the compose mail screen.
Taking still images with the camera while composing mail
You can take images with the camera after displaying the compose mail screen.
•
You cannot take images using image sizes other than “i-shot (S)” and “i-shot (L)”.
2 Select the “paste” field and press (select), and select “1.camera mode”
and press (select).
The photography screen appears.
•
Alternatively, you can select “camera mode” from the submenu.
•
If the mail text exceeds 200 single-byte or 100 double-byte characters, a prompt appears. Select
“YES” and press
(select) to discard the exceeded characters. To cancel the operation,
select “NO”.
•
i-shot mail that cannot be sent is saved in the Outmail box as unsent mail and can be resent later
(see p.408).
•
When i-shot mail is sent, the history is recorded in the Re-mail data (see p.359).
•
The actual display size of the i-shot mail image differs depending on the display characteristics of the
recipient’s mobile phone.
•
i-shot mail images may not be displayed correctly or may not be displayed at all on certain models. Images
may become coarse, too
•
You can check the i-shot mail transmission fee using the call charge display function but it may differ from
the actual charges you may incur.
•
You cannot send melodies using i-shot mail.
•
When sending i-shot mail to an i-mode compatible mobile phone, the recipient can access the image URL
located in the i-shot center for viewing an image. Each URL can be accessed up to 50 times.
