Setting a forwarding announcement

When a call is forwarded during another call or manually forwarded while the
phone is ringing, an announcement informs the caller that the call is to be
forwarded (forwarding announcement). We recommend that you use the mova set
this function to “yes”.

[Default] yes

The forwarding announcement is set.

To cancel the setting, select “2. no”.

When a call is forwarded (either manually or automatically) during a call or while the phone is ringing,
the call is forwarded to the phone number set in no.1 on the forwarding phone number list. If no
phone number is set in no.1, the caller hears an announcement indicating that call is being forwarded
(depending on the forwarding announcement setting), but the call ends.

The

are only available from your mova. A general subscriber phone or pay phone and other mobile phone
cannot be used.

•

The 2nd call beep is the same tone as that used for the Call Waiting Service. However, incoming call
cannot be answered if you do not subscribe to that service.

•

If you are calling 110, 119, 118, 117, or 14XX (Call Forwarding Service operation, etc.), a call cannot
be forwarded manually.

When the forwarding announcement is off, note that the caller hears only ringtone in any case the
forwarding phone is busy, it is out of service area, the mova is powered off, and it is during Drive
Mode.
