You can switch the Re-mail data and Inmail history list layout from 3-line layout to 1-line layout.
With the 3-line layout, the name stored in the Phonebook, date and time, and mail address appear. With the 
1-line layout, only the name or mail address appears.

How to view the Re-mail data list and Inmail history list

There is no distinction between
unread and read mail.

•

To switch from 3-line layout to 1-line layout, select “1 line” from the submenu. To return to 3-line layout,
select “3 lines” from the submenu.

•

When the Phonebook entry is stored in Secret memory or Phonebook Access Lock is set, the name does
not appear.

•

An unsent mail item is recorded as Re-mail data only when it could not be sent. Mail saved without
attempting to send, it is not recorded.

•

If multiple recipients are set for a sent mail item, the first recipient mail address appears in the Re-mail
data.

•

When several mail items are sent to the same recipient, the most resent Re-mail data appears in the log.

•

When you send or receive 31 or more mail items, the oldest data item is deleted by the new one.

Even when you delete Re-mail data or Inmail history items, mail items in the Outmail box and Inmail box
are not deleted. The log of sent/unsent and received mail in the Private Diary is not deleted, either.

•

Even when you delete mail items in the Outmail box and Inmail box, Re-mail data and Inmail history items
are not deleted.
