Press 

to switch the photo size.

・

Each time 

is pressed, the photo size switches between “i-shot (S)” and “i-shot (L)”.

・

When the photography screen is displayed, the image size is set to “i-shot (S)”.

・

Alternatively, select “select size” from the submenu for Open Shoot, or “select size” from the
photography menu for Close Shoot to switch the photo size.

•

You can set the compression mode by selecting “compressmode” from the submenu for Open
Shoot or “compress mode” from the photography menu for Close Shoot. When the photography
screen is displayed, the compression mode is set to “standard”.

•

You can manipulate various settings such as the zoom, Auto Timer, Compact light, Frame
Shoot, and photo effects. The operating procedures are the same as for normal photography. 

・

When the Frame Shoot setting is changed or canceled, a selection screen asking you whether
to change or cancel the setting appears. Select either of them.

•

If you turn Voice Shutter on in the Camera setting, you can select whether to enable or disable
Voice Shutter. Select “V shutter on” or “V shutter off” from the submenu for Open Shoot, or select
“voice shutter on” or “voice shutter off” from the photography menu for Close Shoot.

Press (save).

The file name appears in the “paste” field on the compose mail screen.

•

The still image is saved in the built-in memory (“photo folder” in “camera album”).

•

To retake a still image, press 

(return).

Enter the recipient mail address, subject, and mail text and then send the mail.

•

Follow Steps 4 - 5 in 

Attaching and sending saved still images (see p.405). 

•

After taking a still image with the camera, you can send it immediately via i-shot transmission (i-shot
transmission from the latest photo data). You can send the still image even if you take it using image sizes
other than “i-shot (S)” and “i-shot (L)” (see p.138).

•

After viewing a still image saved in “camera album”, you can send it via i-shot transmission (see p.165).

•

You can extract a single shot from a video clip to send it via i-shot transmission.

•

Taking a video clip with the camera and instantly sending a single shot via i-shot transmission (i-shot
transmission from the latest photo data) (see p.146).

•

Diaplaying a video clip saved in “movie album” and sending a single shot via i-shot transmission 
(see p.186).
