Copying and moving mova data to the Memory Stick Duo (continued)
1 Select the data to be copied or moved.
•
To use “copy in FLD” and “change FLD” for images or video clips of “camera album”, “movie
album”, “import album”, “inmail”, “outmail”, select a folder from the folder list. (This operation can
also be performed from displaying the list of data in folders.) To use “copy all” and “move all”,
display the folder list.
•
To use “copy in group” and “move in group” for Phonebook, display the Group search results list.
To use “copy all” and “move all”, display the search results list.
•
To use “copy in FLD” or “change FLD” for Bookmarks, select a folder from the Bookmark list.
(This operation can also be performed from displaying the list of data in folders.) To use “copy
all” and “move all”, display the Bookmark list.
•
To use “copy all” and “move all” for Schedule and ToDo List, display the daily diary screen in the
Private diary. Or, display the listed ToDo List.
Regardless of which screen you use, both the Schedule and ToDo list are copied and moved.
•
To use “copy all” and “move all” for melodies or voice in Voice Recorder, display the melody or
voice list in Voice Recorder.

Select “copy/move ” from the submenu.

When Memory Stick Lock is on, enter the 4-digit terminal ID number.

Select “copy in FLD”, “copy in group”, “copy all”, “change FLD”, “move in
group”, or “move all” and press
(select).
•
The type and number of each selection item vary by the displayed screen.
•
A prompt appears asking whether to cancel the setting when an attempt is made to move an
image or video set in the Standby screen or other screens (see p.489).
4 Enter your 4-digit terminal ID number.
The folder list appears.
•
Proceed to Step 6 for Voice Recorder.

Select the copy or move destination folder and press (select).

•
In the following cases, “move in group” or “move all” cannot be used for Phonebook entries.
Cancel the setting, and perform the operation.

When Phonebook Access Lock is set
・
When Phonebook Store Lock is set
・
When Phonebook Delete Lock is set
・
When Keydial Lock is set
・
When Accept Calls/Reject Calls are set
•
In the following cases, “move all” cannot be used for still images in “camera album” or images
for “import album” if there are images set in the Phonebook. If there are images set in the
Phonebook in the folder, “change FLD” cannot be used for still images in “camera album” and
images in “import album”. Cancel the setting, and perform the operation.
