Convenient uses for the Call Forwarding Service
■
A call received during another call or i-mode communication can be connected to the
forwarding phone number.
•
You can set the method to handle the incoming call during i-mode communication to the mova
in advance (see p.299). This setting is only available when 1450 has been set.
•
Settings described below can also be performed from the menu (Select Second Call Handling,
see p.465):

In January 2001, DoCoMo’s pager (Pocket Bell) was renamed “QUICKCAST”.
•
The toll-free number or 3-digit phone number such as 110 cannot be set as the forwarding phone
number.
•
The owner of the forwarding phone number can request that call forwarding is deactivated.
•
Note that a PBX, pager*, or fax number may confuse the caller if selected as the forwarding phone
number.
•
When Keydial Lock is set, operations cannot be executed from the menu.

during i-mode communication, select “forward” from the submenu.

even if the service is not activated.
