Save Mail
Saving Mail in the Outmail Box and Sending It Later
Composed mail can be saved without being sent. You can send it later.
•
Maximum number of mail items that can be saved (see p.347).
1 In the compose mail screen, select “save” from the submenu.
Composed i-mode mail is saved in the Outmail box as unsent mail.

1 In standby, select “outbox” from the mail menu.
The folder list in the Outmail box appears.

Enter your 4-digit terminal ID number when Mail Security is set.
2 Display sent/unsent mail
3 Select “edit” from the submenu.
The compose mail screen appears.

Alternatively, you can press to display the compose mail screen.
•
You can also select “edit” from the submenu after selecting a mail item in the sent/unsent mail
list.
•
To send mail as is without editing, select “send” or “resend” from the submenu. (In the submenu,
if the mail is unsent mail, “send” appears; if the mail has already been sent, “resend” appears.)

4 Edit the recipient mail address, subject and text body and send the mail.

Follow Steps 2 - 5 in Composing and Sending i-mode Mail (see p.322).
•
When an unsent mail item is sent, it is deleted from the Outmail box and a copy of the sent item is saved.
•
When mail that has been sent once is sent again, another copy of the sent mail is saved in the Outmail box.
