Enter the recipient mail address, subject and mail text.
•
Follow Steps 2 - 4 in
Composing and Sending i-mode Mail (see p.322).
•
Up to 200 single-byte or 100 double-byte characters can be entered in the mail text.
•
If you are an i-mode subscriber, your mail address is notified to the recipient. When you do not
wish to reveal your address, enter “/NUM/” (double-byte or single-byte) at the beginning of the
mail subject. In this case, however, the sender’s phone number is displayed in the mail text of
the recipient (see p.402).
•
If you are not an i-mode subscriber, or you are an i-mode subscriber but you entered “/NUM/”
(single-byte or double-byte characters) at the beginning of the mail subject, an error message is
not returned even when a wrong mail address was entered. Be sure to enter the correct
address.
•
You can send the same mail to up to 10 recipients at a time by adding recipient mail addresses
(see p.325).

The transmission charge to send the same mail to up to 10 recipients is the same as when you
send it to one recipient.
・
All recipient mail addresses to which the same mail is sent at the same time may be notified to
all the recipients.

To check still images

Select the “paste” field and press (select), and select “5. data information” and
press (select).
The still image appears.
•
You can use to display the title, file name and image size of the still image.
•
Alternatively, you can select “data INFO” from the submenu.

Press (OK).

To cancel or change attached still images

Select the “paste” field and press (select), and select “4. release data” and press
(select).
The attachment is canceled, and the “paste” field is returned to “no data”.

Alternatively, you can select “release data” from the submenu.

To attach a different still image, repeat Steps 2 - 3.

Select and press (select).
The i-shot mail is sent.
•
When you attach a still image, displayed on the compose mail screen changes to
.

Alternatively, you can select “send i-shot” from the submenu.
•
When the i-shot mail transmission is completed, a copy of the i-shot mail is saved in the Outmail
box.
•
If your mova is set to not send your Caller ID, a prompt appears. Select “YES” and press
(select) to send the i-shot mail. To cancel the operation, select “NO”.
