1 In the folder list, select “add folder” from the submenu.
Creating, editing, and deleting folders
•
Maximum number of folders that can be created: 50 for the Outmail box, 50 for the Inmail box.
・ “outfolder” and “infolder” are not included in the folder count.
・ The i-

ppli mail folder is included in the folder count.
・ The number of mail items that can be saved is not changed by the number of created folders.

You can set a folder to be secret. You cannot display the mail inside a folder set as secret
unless you first enter your 4-digit terminal ID number.
Enter the folder name.

Select the “folder name” field and press (edit).

Enter the folder name (up to 18 single-byte or 9 double-byte characters).
•
When you save a folder without a name, the folder name appears as a blank in the folder list.

Creating folders
Set whether to make the folder secret.

Select the “secret” field and press (edit).

Select “yes” or “no” and press (select).

Press (store).
The new folder is created.
Editing folders
1 Select a folder in the folder list, and select “edit folder” from the submenu.
•
Enter your 4-digit terminal ID number when the selected folder is set as secret. (This is not
required when you previously entered the terminal ID number to release Mail Security.)
•
“outfolder” and “infolder” cannot be edited.
