Select a mail group and press (select).
A recipient list appears. (No recipients are
registered by default.)

Select “add new” from the submenu.
The Phonebook entry list appears.
•
You can change the search type and specify a
search criteria. Use the same procedure for
searching the Phonebook in standby (Phone No.
search, however, is not available) (see p.103).
•
To search for a Phonebook entry stored in Secret
memory, use Secret search (see p.109).

Select a recipient to be registered and press
(select).
The recipient is added.
Register recipients.
When recipients
are registered in
the group,
recipients are
listed.

Press (store).
The mail group is set.
■ To change a recipient’s address

Select a mail group and press (select).

Select a recipient, and select “change ADDR” from the submenu.
The Phonebook entry list appears.

Select a recipient and press (select).
■ To delete recipients

Select a mail group and press (select).

Select a recipient, and select “delete one” from the submenu.

Alternatively, you can press and hold down to delete it.
•
You can select “delete all” to delete all recipients.

Select “YES” and press (select).
•
To cancel the operation, select “NO”.
■ To reset a mail group to the default
A mail group name can be reset to the default and the recipients are deleted.

Select a mail group, and select “reset group” from the submenu.

Select “YES” and press (select).

To cancel the operation, select “NO”.
•
If the saved contents in a Phonebook entry are changed, the corresponding recipient set for a mail group is
also changed. If a mail address is deleted from a Phonebook entry, the corresponding recipient set for a
mail group is automatically deleted.
•
Even if you make the Mail Group setting from the compose mail screen, the recipients you have set for the
mail being composed are not changed.
