Returns The standard deviation of values accumulated for the speci fi ed measurement
since the last statistical reset.
Examples
MEASUrement:MEAS<x>:RESUlts:CURRentacq:STDDev?
might return
:MEASUREMENT:MEAS1:RESULTS:CURRENTACQ:STDDEV 0.0E+0
indicating
the standard deviation for the measurement is 0.0 V.
MEASUrement:MEAS<x>:SIGNALType
This command sets or queries the signal type of source 1 for the measurement.
The measurement number is speci
fi ed by x.

Arguments
CLOCK
speci fi es a clock signal type.
DATA
speci fi es a data signal type.

automatically selects the signal type.
