*A: This operation is performed when there is an original already on the original platform in advance. If there is no original on the original

platform, this operation is not performed.

*B: When there is an original in the original tray, the original set sensor (EMPS) output becomes LOW.

*C: For a small original whose transport direction length is less than letter-size width, all the step feed operations are performed.
