8.6 Service parts
8.6.1 The parts requiring Inspection
Some parts have aging degradation.
Please request us an overhaul by referring to the periods below for preventive maintenance.

Capacitor for smoothing the main circuit, and relays
 Inspection is needed if the servo amplifier has stored for more than 3 years. Contact the
dealer or sales office.

It is necessary to replace the capacitor that is earlier than 5 years when it is used to
exceed yearly average 40°C or exceed more than 50% of the rated output current of
servo amplifier.
 It is necessary to replace the capacitor or relays that are earlier than periods above
where the main power-cycle is repeated more than 30 times per day or 5 times per hour.
Capacity reduction or early failure of relays is considered.
