Defect in internal circuit of motor
encoder.

Turn ON the power supplies again,
if not corrected, replace the servo
motor.

Confirm proper grounding of the
amplifier.

Check the shielding of the encoder
cable.

Add ferrite core or similar
countermeasures to against noise.

Motor rotation speed exceeds the
permitted velocity.

speed.
