This is notch filter to eliminate sympathetic vibration element included in torque command.
Sets the resonant frequency.
 Invalid "Torque command notch filter" setting value varies depending on the setting of
the system parameter ID00 Control Cycle.
 The value set to Torque Command Notch Filter E will be valid when “00: Adp_Filter
Disable Adaptation invalid” is set to Group0 ID34 “Adaptive notch filter function E”.

the value is, the shallower the depth.
 The value set to TCNFILE, Depth Selection will be valid when “00: Adp_Filter Disable
Adaptation invalid” is set to Group0 ID34 “Adaptive notch filter function E”.
